Welcome to Alhamd Works! These Terms of Service govern your use of our website and services. By accessing our site, scheduling consultations, or engaging us for software, mobile app, or web development projects, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms.

1. Service Provision & Project Engagement

Alhamd Works provides custom software consulting, design, prototyping, programming, automation development, and deployment services. Each client project is governed by a separate Statement of Work (SOW) or Service Agreement which defines scope, timelines, deliverables, and fees.

2. Billing, Payments & Milestones

Clients agree to make payments in accordance with the schedule specified in their respective project agreement.

• Deposit: Most projects require an upfront deposit before work begins.
• Milestones: Invoices are issued upon completion of project milestones. Payment is due within the time specified on the invoice.
• Delays: If payment is delayed, we reserve the right to pause work on active development schedules.

3. Client Responsibilities

To ensure successful and timely project delivery, clients are expected to:

• Provide clear requirements, copy assets, brand guides, and feedback in a timely manner.
• Obtain necessary licenses, credentials, and API accesses required for integration.
• Ensure the content provided to us does not violate third-party intellectual property rights.

4. Warranty & Support

Unless specified otherwise in your SOW, Alhamd Works offers a 30-day post-launch support period to resolve any critical bugs or functional anomalies directly related to our delivered scope of work. Additional maintenance support, feature additions, or updates are subject to ongoing support agreements.

5. Limitation of Liability

Alhamd Works shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from project delays, database interruptions, hosting downtime, third-party API deprecations, or financial losses associated with the operations of products built.

6. Amendments to Terms

We reserve the right to revise these Terms of Service at any time. The date at the top of this page indicates when the terms were last revised. Your continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of the amended terms.
